Proceeding from the set of tasks facing KRANEKS Machinery Group as a whole, the IT management system is designed so as to automatically define the task of each individual employee (worker or professional) with a set planning time-frame (single tier management system).

In this way, the role of managers in relation to their subordinates is practically reduced to controlling the quality of fulfilled work.

Employees are payed automatically for the work fulfilled by them, according to the principal of “equal pay for equal work.” Employees can themselves monitor the extent of their pay through their operation sheets.

Annual assessment of employee merits (AEM) at KRANEKS Machinery Group enables all employees to evaluate their achievements in comparison with their colleagues.

The extent and depth of information technology implementation and working out of business processes in detail at KRANEKS Machinery Group enables all employees to fully achieve their creative potential and minimize possible friction with colleagues.

About our company

KRANEKS MACHINERY GROUP (KRANEKS MG) is a group of companies located in the city of Ivanovo and jointly carrying out design, production, sales and after-sales support of the following PRODUCTS:

KRANEKS MG’s production facilities occupy more than 45 000 square metres of floor space. Our equipment ensures the full production cycle, starting with manufacture of cast and pressed blanks, metal cutting, every kind of machining, and finishing with assembly and testing of finished products.

KRANEKS MG has been collaborating for more than 25 years with one of the world’s leading construction equipment manufacturers, KOMATSU Company, in the form of a parity based (50:50) joint venture for the production of hydraulic excavator metal structures. During this period KRANEKS MG has accumulated all the necessary technical, logistical and organizational skills for the manufacture of international quality products.

KRANEKS MG has built and introduced a corporate IT management system featuring a single database for all legal entities included in the group. All business processes relating to management and technical preparation of production, from design to sales and shipment of products are automated, eliminating all internal corporate paper document flow.

The IT corporate management system ensures enforcement of production and managerial business processes by all KRANEKS MG staff. This has enabled us to achieve a level of corporate management culture and product quality comparable to the Japanese partners in our joint venture.
